At Big Burjo's Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling orders and purchase options.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@bigburjos.com or call 0416 180 996 to request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy once received.
Subscription & Recurring Purchase Cancellation
If you have subscribed to any recurring purchase options through our store, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and managing your subscriptions

Cancellation of subscriptions will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
