Shipping Policy
At Big Burjo's Marine, we ship Australia-wide from our Gold Coast warehouse. We are committed to getting your marine parts and accessories to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $350 within Australia. Orders under $350 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of A$15.00.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post/Courier): 3-11 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
- Regional & Remote Areas: May take an additional 2-5 business days
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is provided for all orders where available. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Shipping Carriers
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, and other trusted courier services depending on the size and weight of your order.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Some marine parts and equipment may be classified as oversized or heavy freight. Additional shipping charges may apply for these items and will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@bigburjos.com or call 0416 180 996 and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us at sales@bigburjos.com.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Big Burjo's Marine is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.
