At Big Burjo's Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@bigburjos.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items that have been installed or used
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
