Returns & Refunds
At Big Burjo's Marine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Cut-to-length rope and cordage
- Electrical components that have been installed
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Custom or special-order items
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at sales@bigburjos.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return shipping instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or product? Simply follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you'd like. We'll prioritise processing your exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
